YOUR INTERIM ASSIGNMENT
Tectra Benin is your employer during your interim assignments.
Your Tectra Benin agency will be your main point of contact for all work-related questions, such as contracts, salaries, etc.
However, during your assignment, you must comply with the internal regulations of the company where you are working.
Before the start of your assignment, Tectra Benin will provide you with all the necessary information to facilitate your integration into the company.
YOUR CONTRACT
For each assignment, you are bound to Tectra Benin by a written contract, which must be issued within two business days from the start of your mission. You must return the signed contract to your Tectra Benin agency.
Your interim assignment contract must include the following information :
- The reason for hiring a temporary employee
- The duration of the assignment and the probationary period
- The required professional qualifications
- A description of the job (tasks performed and working conditions)
- The necessary personal protective equipment
- Mandatory Health Insurance (AMO), Private Insurance SANAD (death benefits, 75% mutual reimbursement rate)
- The location and working hours
- Compensation details
YOUR COMPENSATION
As your employer, Tectra Benin pays you based on the hours worked. The company where you are assigned validates your timesheet. This document serves as the basis for preparing your payslip.
YOUR COMMITMENTS
When you accept an interim assignment from Tectra Benin, you commit to:
- Complying with the internal regulations of your host company
- Being present for the entire duration of the assignment
- Undergoing a medical examination
ABSENCE DURING AN ASSIGNMENT
During your interim assignment, you must be present at work every day without exception.
In case of illness or accident, you must immediately inform your Tectra Benin agency and your supervisor at the company.
Additionally, you must submit your medical leave certificate to your Tectra Benin agency within 48 hours.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION
An annual medical examination is mandatory.

HOW DOES COMPENSATION WORK?
Tectra Benin pays you for your completed assignment based on the validated timesheet approved by the host company.
You will receive payslips from Tectra Benin.
The payment method, along with your base salary and any potential bonuses, is specified in the contract.

WHAT ABOUT SOCIAL SECURITY COVERAGE?
All temporary employees registered with Tectra Benin receive full social security coverage, including contributions to the CNSS and AMO (through SANAD insurance).

At your assignment location, you must comply with the internal regulations of the user company, including working hours and the use of necessary safety equipment.
You are also required to be present every working day of your assignment.
In case of absence, which must be justified, you must immediately inform your Tectra Benin agency and your supervisor at the company.
WHAT IS THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD?
The probationary period depends on the duration of your assignment and is specified in your employment contract.
